    ABOUT SATURNIA LAKES

    Saturnia Lakes is a gated community with 580 homes, and they are all single family homes. There are 23 different floor plans, and the homes range from just over 1,620 square feet to the largest home which is 4,083 square feet. GL homes was the builder and the homes were built between 2001 and 2006. Many people do not realize that there are actually about 50 homes that back up directly to the Arrowhead golf course giving them a chance to live on the golf course without having to pay for a golf course lot or golf membership which is pretty cool. 

    Saturnia Lakes is located In North Naples at the South East corner of Immokalee Road and Logan Blvd. The main entrance is on Immokalee road, and the Saturnia Lakes residents also enjoy a secondary entrance on Logan Boulevard.  On the actual corner of Logan and Immokalee site Logan Landings where you will find Sprouts a cool store where 90% of what they sell is natural or organic, Oak and Stone Beer and Pizza which is a self-tap beer wall, Off The Bone Barbeque and Rib House which is owned by our good friend Randy Seyler who also owns 3 of the Pelican Larry’s restaurants , Brooks Burgers Tavern and Ice Cream, Thai Udon Cafe & Sushi Bar restaurant, Diesel Barbershop, Honor Yoga, Pet Supermarket and many, many other awesome shops, so go check out Logan Landings which is walking distance from homes in Saturnia Lakes.

    Is Saturnia Lakes Gated?

    Yes, Saturnia Lakes is a 24-Hour Automated Gated community in North Naples. If you are Visiting the Saturnia Lakes community, you will need to have the Saturnia Lakes resident you are visiting tell the guard at the gate that you are coming, and you will be required to show a valid ID to enter. Saturnia Lakes Residents have a “Transponder” sticker to put on their vehicle that will automatically open the gate for them. NOTE: The Gate Closes After Each Vehicle.

    What are the Street Names in Saturnia Lakes?
