    Yes, the Orchards is a gated community. To enter the community, you will need to have the Orchards resident you are visiting let you in to the community. You will need to find their name on the kiosk at the community entrance, and the Orchards resident can push a button on their phone to open the gate for you when you call them.

    What Are Coach Homes?

    Coach Homes are a group of four, six, or eight homes in a two story building each with a separate entrance and garage. Builders typically design these buildings in groups of four, six, or eight Coach Homes. Two, three, or four, one-level units on the first floor and two, three, or four second-floor units with sometimes with interior foyers and stairs leading up to the residence.

    Yes, In Fact, The Orchards Has Two Really Nice Community Pools That All Residents Can Use. The Large Amenity Center Has a Huge Heated Pool With Spa and Children’s Pool. the Large amenity Center Contains a Large Community Gathering room With a full Kitchen, Large Lanai, a Fitness Room, Restrooms, a Children’s Playground, Basketball court, Bocce Ball, and Lighted Tennis and Pickleball Courts.
