Marsh Landing is located between Fort Myers and Naples, directly across from Coconut Point, with amazing up-scale shopping and dining. Marsh Landing is located West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) 2.5 miles south of Corkscrew Road, and ¾ of a Mile North of Coconut Road. Marsh Landing’s close proximity to the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Florida Gulf Coast University, our amazing beaches, entertainment, hospitals, and Estero Bay makes this a very desirable place to live and raise your family.

One and two-story single family homes in Marsh Landing range from 1,604 to 3,177 square feet of living area and feature three to five bedrooms and two- and three-car garages. The single family homes were built between 1996 – 2002. The attached villas have two or bedrooms, two baths with 1,542 – 1,972 square feet of living area and a one or two car garage, and they were built between 1996 - 2001. The townhomes have two or three bedrooms, 1,298 – 1,886 SF of living area with one car garages, and they were built between 1996 – 2001.

FEES

Home Owner Association (HOA) and condo fees are paid quarterly, and include Cable, Internet/WiFi Access for all homes. In addition, Lawn and Yard Maintenance, Exterior Pest Control, and Irrigation Water are include for the residents in townhomes and attached villas.

Pets are allowed in Marsh Landing which we Love! There are limitations on the number of, breed and temperament of your animals, and tenants are not allowed to have pets.

LEASING

You may lease your Marsh Landing home if you wish. You may lease your home up to 3 times per year, and each lease must be a minimum of 60 days. All tenants and leases must be approved prior to each lease.

The Preserve- The Preserve at Marsh Landing (Forest Ridge) includes 164 one and two-story single family homes which can all be found throughout the remainder of the main gated community of Marsh Landing in Estero across from Coconut Pointe Mall.
