The amenity center offers approximately 8,400 square feet of air-conditioned area with a fitness center and aerobics room, a billiards room, theater, library, craft and card rooms and a café. The campus sits adjacent to a 20-acre lake offering amazing views of sunrises and sunsets. Artesia's 261-acre community offers miles and miles of walking and biking paths set along a beautiful and scenic backdrop.
