    Cedar Hammock is located off of 951 and is just minutes from Interstate 75. Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a 24-hour attended guardhouse for maximum security.     Cedar Hammock Estates: Neighborhood of 33 single family homes with 2 and 3 car garages on Cedar Hammock Court, many homes with pools.

    Wax Myrtle Run: Neighborhood of 32 single family homes with 2-car garages on Wax Myrtle Run.

    Cordgrass Way: Neighborhood consisting of attached villas with 2-car garages.

    Buttonwood Way: Neighborhood of attached villas with 2-car garages, and 2-story condo buildings with detached 1-car garages

    Verandas: Neighborhood of 2-story condo buildings with 1-car garages.

    Terraces: Neighborhood of 4-story condo buildings with carports.

    Cedar Hammock Isles: Neighborhood comprised of 2-story and 4-story condo buildings.

    The Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club community is made up of 65 single family homes which were built between 2000-2006 and range from 1,705 sf – 3,128 sf of living area and have 2 and 3 car attached garages. The attached villas were built between 2000-2005, and range from 1,678 sf – 2,195 sf of living area and have 2 car attached garages. The Veranda condo buildings are 2-story buildings with 1 car garages, and 4-story condo buildings with car ports. The homes in Cedar Hammock were built between 2000-2004.

    The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis and Jed Azinger. The golf course offers nine sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels, and the fast-putting greens are Ultra dwarf TifEagle grass. This environmentally friendly course provides not only a serene and natural environment for the golfer, but also presents great challenges, with water in play on all eighteen holes. Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club is a Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) a bundled golf community in which each Owner becomes a Member of the Club with the purchase of their property. There are no other categories of membership offered.

    CEDAR HAMMOCK AMENITIES

    Cedar Hammock community amenities include four beautifully maintained har-tru tennis courts, an aqua driving range and a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a fitness center with yoga studio, a restaurant that offers fine and casual dining, locker rooms, and pro shop. There are also two different types of putting greens, one for strictly putting, and one for chipping and putting.
