Paraiso Beach Club at Vanderbilt Beach is located at 10021 Gulf Shore Drive and 10025 Gulf Shore Drive on Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples.

The three-story building has been designed to look much like a large single-family home, with a zoned height of 38 feet and an actual height of 57 feet.

The club will offer a unique experience on each floor. The first floor will be more of a family-oriented beach club, offering beach chairs in the sand, a pool, and a bar and grill, Tingley said.

The second floor will be more of a "vibe bar," with a 45-seat wrap around bar offering waterfront views, and the third floor will offer a fine dining experience, similar to a dinner club, he said.

Along with a bar, the second floor will have a pool, a sauna and a spa with treatment rooms, and both the second and third floors will have event rooms.

In addition to private parties, the event rooms could be rented out to charities, benefiting the community
