What is a Bundled Golf Community?
In Bundled Golf Communities in Naples and Southwest Florida, homeowner's and condo owner's golf and social membership is included, or "bundled" in with the purchase price of a home. There are typically not large upfront initiation fees (in most cases), but instead the owners pay low quarterly or annual club membership fees.
