Riverstone is located In North Naples off Logan Blvd, north of Immokalee Road, and the most striking thing you will see as you pull into Riverstone is a massive waterfall. It’s beautiful, and very impressive. Once you pass the waterfall, you head to the guard-manned gate.
Riverstone community has 286 acres of preserves, and 86 acres of lakes. There are 802 homes in the community. There are 22 different floor plans, and the homes range from just over 1,800 square feet to the largest home which is just under 5,000 square feet. GL homes was the builder and the homes were build between 2012 and 2016.
RIVERSTONE AMENITIES
Riverstone has a very nice amenity center with a resort-style pool with waterfall, a lap pool, and a spa, and nice cabanas around the pool. There is a tot lot, and a really cool splash park. There are 5 har-tru tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts.
Inside is a fitness center, game room, and social room.
