    ABOUT RAFFIA PRESERVE

    Raffia Preserve is a beautiful gated community located In North Naples north of Vanderbilt Beach road, and West of Collier Blvd. (951), just minutes from Interstate 75 and under a half hour from Southwest Florida International Airport.  The main entrance and gate is accessible from both Vanderbilt Beach Road via Pristine Drive, and Collier Boulevard via Wolfe Road where Pristine Drive and Wolfe Road meet.

    This nicely designed 184-acre community is made up of 363 single-family homes. Raffia Preserve has reserved about 25% of the neighborhood for natural preserves, lakes, and open areas throughout the community. 

     

    The Raffia Preserve amenities include a beautiful Resort-style community pool, a 2,000 square-foot fitness center, Basketball courts, a playground, and a Social Room in the clubhouse.  Also, next to the clubhouse are the centralized mailboxes

     

    There are 17 different floor plans divided into the Executive Series and the Estate Series ranging from a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 1,894 square feet of living area to the larges plan which has 4,457 square feet of living area with 6 bedrooms and 4 or 5 bathrooms depending on the configuration. The homes in Raffia Preserve were built by WCI Communities starting in 2014 and the last home was finished in 2019.

     

    Raffia Preserve is a superbly located close to shopping, dining, entertainment, Physician’s Regional Medical Center, and of course the Naples award-winning beaches.

     

    When you leave the community and turn right, and take Pristine Drive to Vanderbilt Beach Road, you will come to Vanderbilt Commons where you will find several restaurants including Five Guys, Cirella’s Italian Bistro, and Empire Bagel Factory, as well as a dentist, animal hospital, an insurance agency, and many other types oof businesses.  If you turn left when you exit Raffia Preserve, and take Wolfe Road, you will hit Collier Boulevard near Mission Hill Shopping Center anchored by a Winn Dixie grocery store with the Blue Monkey, Subway, a pizza place and other restaurants, and various other businesses including Aida’s Diner, Veterinary Center, Nail Salon, Anytime Fitness, a Dentist, Tokyo Sushi and Hibachi, State Farm Insurance, Massage, a Chiropractor and many other types of businesses.

     

    If you turn on Vanderbilt Beach Road and point your car toward the beach, you will find a Publix grocery store a couple miles up the road, The Vanderbilt Shoppes, and Mercato before you get to the beaches.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

    HOA fees are paid quarterly, and the fees include Lawn and Landscaping Care, Irrigation Water, Lawn/Land Maintenance.  Pets are allowed in Raffia Preserve with minimal restrictions on breed and temperament.

     

    You may lease your home in Raffia Preserve if you wish up to 2 times per year, with a minimum lease term of 30 days per lease.  Potential tenants are required to submit an application, pay an application fee, and obtain approval prior to leasing.
