53.7% are Outlet or light switch problems
48% are circuit breakers (GFCI) with no or defective protection
45.1% are Missing or defective smoke alarms
45% are Cosmetic sheetrock cracks or nail pops
40.5% are Fixtures and/or bulb problems
33.9% are Interior caulking, grout and/or sealer that are missing.
